Sound Therapy is just something, amazing. I even felt in love with it, as it was really amazing way how to cure my Insomnia.
You are asking me, what’s so so great about it ? Well let me explain, it’s not some psychiatrist which told me, or anyone else, I found it and it did help. If you want to get rid of Insomnia, you really NEED it, not just WANT it. Sound Therapy just “tells” your mind to sleep. It’s very relaxing and great. Also for the people who don’t have insomnia, it can help, how ? Well as I said, it is really relaxing and can make your sleep better. It just you feel like you’re in another world. I first was skeptical, I love Rock and Hard Rock, so i thought, how can some Jumbo – jambo sounds from god knows where they came, help me ? When you listen to it, close your eyes, and it takes your body in a different level, together with your mind, and BOOM you’re a sleep, yeah it’s that simple. All you what to do is close your eyes, throw all those thoughts about crap out, and you don’t even feel how you are falling in sleep. Even my Girlfriend, she doesn’t have Insomnia and she listens to it, and she told me that she felt more rested and better in the morning than she did before. How is this possible, you ask me ? Well it’s simple, with the help of Sound Therapy your mind gets further than Stage 4 or the Delta stage of sleep, which makes you feel better and more rested in the morning if you sleep the same amount of hours like last night.
